Brian Austin Green Seeks for Spousal Support from Megan Fox
More than a month after his wife filed for legal separation, Brian Austin Green seeks for spousal support from Megan Fox. PEOPLE obtained court documents and found out that the Beverly Hills, 2010 alum is also demanding joint custody of their two sons, Noah, 3 and Bodhi, 1 year and 6 months. Green was once in a relationship with Vanessa Marcil and they have a 13 year old child named Kassius. Green is now 42 years old while Fox is 29. The two have been married for five years. Brian Austin Green seeks for spousal support from Megan Fox in response to the divorce filed by Fox citing irreconcilable differences. She has also asked joint custody of the two boys.
Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox indeed had a whirlwind romance. They got engaged first in 2006, decided to go separate ways in 2009. They were engaged again in 2010 and got married less than a month after. Green’s wedding band is still visible. Megan fox on the other hand is doing great professionally. Zooey Deschanel of New Girl will go on maternity leave and Fox landed a starring role on the said show.
Green’s demand for financial support is coming from the fact that between the two stars, it is apparent that Fox is earning so much higher than Green.
In December of last year, the couple had a car accident. Although they both did not sustain any serious injury, Brian has had vertigo ever since and stays in bed most of the time since the accident. Fox on the other hand continues to get projects. TMZ sources said that there was no signing of any prenuptial agreement when the two got married in 2010 and so they will have to divide their assets equally. Additional information indicates that it is a “very amicable” separation and in fact both still live in their Los Angeles house.
